WHM Orientation
Breathe, Heal, Thrive with Elee’s Wim Hof Method
You are about to embark on an adventure that will teach you about your body's internal resources, adaptability, and your own potential through direct contact with the elements. To help you prepare and get the most out of this experience, please read this orientation guide in its entirety.
Since we are going to be in a room breathing together, for those that are immunocompromised and don’t feel comfortable being in a group setting, please reach out and we can schedule a private breathing session instead.
